🔄 Moving from Click4Time to salonMonster

We can import your clients and bookings from Click4Time so you don’t have to start from scratch. This guide shows how to export your data — send us the files and we’ll handle the rest. 🪄

📦 What We Can Import

👥 Export Your Clients (Click4Time)

1. Open Click4Time and select Client List .

2. Click Export Clients .

3. Choose whether to export All clients , Active clients , or Inactive clients .

4. Download the exported file.

📅 Export Your Bookings (Click4Time)

1. Open Click4Time and go to Reports .

2. Choose Company – Owner/Administrator .

3. Select Calendar Print – Continuous Report .

4. Set the Start and End dates for the appointments you want to export, then click OK .

5. Click Export the report to XLSX and download the file.

📤 Send Your Files

• Email your exported files to [email protected] , or

• Send them via the in-app messenger .

We’ll import your data and confirm when everything’s ready.

✅ That’s it! Once we receive your Click4Time exports, we’ll migrate your clients and bookings into salonMonster and let you know when your account is fully populated.
