🔄 Moving from Schedulicity to salonMonster
We can import both your client records and appointments from Schedulicity so you don’t lose any history when switching to salonMonster.
👥 Export Your Client List

Log in to the Schedulicity website .

Go to My Business → Settings .

Find the Complete Client List report .

Export the report to Excel .
-
Email the file to [email protected] .
📅 Export Your Appointments
⚠️ Some people have reported that using the Agenda View option makes it easier to download all staff appointments in one file . While we can’t confirm this officially, it might save you time.
If not, here’s how to export appointments staff by staff:

Log in to the Schedulicity website .

Go to My Business → Reports .

From the settings panel, select Schedule by Provider/Instructor .

Choose the staff member and date range you want to export.

Export the data to Excel .

Email the file to [email protected] .
👉 Note:

Appointment data can only be exported one staff member at a time .

If the exporter times out, break your exports into smaller date ranges (for example, by year).

Be sure to include both past and future appointments .
📤 Import to salonMonster
Once you’ve exported your client list and appointments :

Email them to [email protected] , or
-
Send them directly through the messenger in the app .
We’ll take it from there! As soon as your data is imported, we’ll confirm with you that everything is ready to go.
✅ You’re all set! Once we receive your files, we’ll handle the migration and let you know when your salonMonster account is fully populated.
