👤 What to Do if You’re Not Showing on the Client Booking Page or Show No Availability

If your profile isn’t appearing on your client booking page, or your not showing any availability, it’s usually due to your working hours, booking settings or service settings.


✨ Here’s How


  1. Verify Your Working Hours
  • Go to Settings > Hours & Vacations .
  • Make sure your working hours are correctly set up for each day you’re available.
  • If they’re blank, enter your available hours and tap Save .
  1. Check Your Service Settings
  • Go to Settings > Services .
  • Ensure that each service is assigned to you (and other relevant staff if applicable).
  • Verify that Client Bookable is enabled for each of your services.
  • Tap Save to apply your changes.
  • Check your public booking page to confirm that you now appear in the list.
  1. Check your Booking Settings
  • Go to Settings > Booking Settings
  • Look for "How far in the future can a client book online?"
  • Be sure it is set to at least a few days minimum. But preferably a few weeks. By default it is set to 120 days.
  • Select Save and check your public booking page to confirm that you now have availability.

✅ Tip: If you still don’t show after updating, refresh your browser or log out and back into salonMonster to reload your settings.
