Moving from Acuity to salonMonster
We can import your data from Acuity so you don’t have to start from scratch. Follow the steps below to export each dataset, then send the files to us — we’ll handle the rest. 🪄

Exporting Your Appointments
This export gives you a detailed spreadsheet of your bookings, payments, and appointment details.
- In Acuity, click Reports.
- Click Import/Export, then choose the date range of appointments you’d like to export.
- Choose whether you want to include cancelled appointments.
- Click Export appointments to download a .csv file.
What’s included in the appointment export:
- Start time and date
- End time and date
- Time zone
- Client first name
- Client last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Appointment type
- Calendar
- Price
- Whether the appointment was paid
- Amount paid online
- Discount codes used
- Notes
- Date scheduled
- Label
- Whether the appointment was booked by a client or an Acuity user
- Appointment ID
Exporting Your Clients
This export creates a list of your clients and their contact details.
In Acuity, click Clients.
Click Import/Export, then select Export client list.
Use the dropdown to choose which clients to export:
- All clients, or
- Clients grouped by how recently they’ve booked.
- Click Export clients to download your file.
What’s included in the client export:
- Client name
- Client email address
- Client phone number
- Notes on the client file
- Days since last appointment
- (This will be blank if the client has an upcoming appointment, booked less than 24 hours ago, or has never booked.)
What to Do Next
Once you’ve downloaded your files:
- Keep them saved as .csv files
- Send them to us at [email protected]
- We’ll help you get everything imported into salonMonster cleanly and correctly
