🔄 Moving from Meevo to salonMonster

You can export your data from Meevo and send it to us so we can prepare it for import into salonMonster. Follow the steps below to export each dataset. When prompted, choose CSV or Excel format.

Exporting Client Information

1. From the main menu, select Marketing.
2. Choose Client Selection Export.
3. Apply any filters you need (for example, active clients only).
4. Select Export to download your client list.

Exporting Upcoming Appointments

1. Navigate to Report Manager.
2. Select AQ225 / Appointment List by Filter.
3. Set the start date to today.
4. Set the end date far enough in the future to include all upcoming bookings.
5. Choose CSV or Excel as the report format.
6. Select Run Report to generate and download the file.

Exporting Product Inventory

1. Select Reports.
2. Choose Data.
3. Select Products.
4. Click Export List to download your product inventory.

Exporting Services & Pricing

1. Select Reports.
2. Choose Data.
3. Select Services.
4. Click Export List to download your services and pricing.

📤 Send Us Your Files

Once you’ve exported your files:

• Email them to [email protected], or
• Send them through the in-app messenger

If you have multiple files, you can send them all together. We’ll review everything and let you know if we need anything else before starting the import.

Once we receive your Meevo exports, we’ll migrate your clients, bookings, products, and services into salonMonster and let you know when your account is fully populated.
