🔐 Resetting Your Password or a Staff Member’s Password

If you or a staff member can’t log in, you can reset the password from the login screen as long as the user is fully logged out.



Here’s How


  1. Go to salonmonster.com and select Log In.
  2. On the login screen, select Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address associated with the account.
  4. Check your email for the password reset link.
  5. Follow the link to create a new password.


⚠️ Important Things to Know


  • You must be logged out for the password reset to work.

    If you’re currently logged in on any device, log out first and then try again.

  • Check spam or junk folders.

    Password reset emails sometimes land there, especially for new staff accounts.

  • Staff email addresses must be correct.

    If a staff member’s email was entered incorrectly, the reset email won’t arrive. In that case, update their email address first, then resend the reset.



Tip:

If a staff member never received their original invite email, using Forgot Password is the fastest way to get them logged in.
