🍎 Exporting Your Appointments and Clients from Apple Calendar & Apple Contacts

If you currently use Apple Calendar and Apple Contacts to manage appointments and client information, you can export that data and send it to us so we can prepare it for import into salonMonster.

✨ Exporting Your Appointments from Apple Calendar (Mac)

1. Open the Calendar app on your Mac.

2. In the left sidebar, locate the calendar that contains your bookings.

   If you don’t see the sidebar, click View → Show Calendar List.

3. Right-click the calendar you use for appointments.
4. Select Export → Export.
5. Choose where you want to save the file on your computer.

Your calendar will download as an .ICS file.

Send this .ICS file to our support team and we’ll convert it and prepare your appointments for import into salonMonster.

✨ Exporting Your Clients from Apple Contacts (Mac)

1. Open the Contacts app on your Mac.
2. Select All Contacts in the sidebar.
3. Press Command (⌘) + A to select all contacts.
4. Click File → Export → Export vCard.
5. Choose where you’d like to save the file.

Your contacts will download as a .VCF (vCard) file.

Attach this file when sending your data to our support team so we can prepare your client list for import.

📱 If You Only Use an iPhone or iPad

If you don’t have access to a Mac, you can export your Apple Calendar and Contacts data by signing into iCloud from a web browser.

✨ Exporting Your Apple Calendar from iCloud

1. Open a web browser and go to icloud.com.
2. Sign in using your Apple ID.
3. Select Calendar.
4. In the left sidebar, locate the calendar that contains your bookings.
5. Click the Share Calendar icon beside the calendar name.
6. Turn Public Calendar ON.
7. Copy the public calendar link that appears.

Send this link to our support team and we will download the calendar and prepare your appointments for import into salonMonster.

You can return to iCloud and turn Public Calendar OFF after sending the link if you prefer.

✨ Exporting Your Contacts from iCloud

1. Go to icloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
2. Select Contacts.
3. Click All Contacts in the sidebar.

4. Select all contacts by pressing:

   Command (⌘) + A on Mac

   or

   Ctrl + A on Windows

5. Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
6. Select Export vCard.

A .VCF file will download to your computer.

Send this file to our support team and we will prepare your client list for import into salonMonster.
