Merging clients helps you clean up duplicate client records. This keeps your client list neat and makes sure bookings, sales, and client details stay in one place. Follow the steps below to merge two client records into one.


  1. Select Clients from the menu.
  2. Find the first client record you want to merge. (This client will be merged into the client you select in the next step).
  3. Select that client to open their profile.
  4. Select the Merge button at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Search for the client record you want to keep. The first client record you chose will be merged into this one.
  6. Select the matching client from the search results.
  7. Review the merge details shown on the screen.
  8. Choose which name, email, or other details to keep. Select the "Switch" option to swap which client data is retained.
  9. Change any details shown if you want to keep different information.
  10. Select Complete Merge to finish the merge.
  11. Check that only one client record remains.

The merged client will now have all the bookings and sales of both the original clients.
