Exporting your data

At salonMonster, we believe your data is your data. You should never have to pay extra to access it or jump through hoops to get it out — unlike some apps that charge you for your own information or make it deliberately difficult to leave.

You can export all of your data with one click, at any time, in a format that's easy to share and use anywhere.

How to export your data

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Export Data
3. Check the box beside each type of data you want to export (or select all)
4. Click Export

That's it. Your data will be exported as a CSV file, which can be opened in any spreadsheet app (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers) or imported into other software.

Why this matters

Some salon software companies make it hard — or expensive — to get your own data out. We think that's wrong. Whether you're pulling a report for your accountant, backing up your client list, or just want peace of mind knowing your data is always accessible, it should be simple and free.
