How to Change a Service Description

You can update the description of a service from the Services section in your salonMonster settings.

Before you make a change: A service description is shared across all staff members who use that service. Changing the description will update it for everyone, so make sure the new description is appropriate for all staff who offer the service.

You’ll need to be an admin or have permission to access Settings to make this change.

Change the Service Description

1. From the left-hand menu, go to Settings.
2. Select Services.
3. At the top of the page, make sure the Staff selector is set to All Staff.
4. Find the service you want to update and select it.
5. Update the Description for the service.
6. Save your changes.

The updated description will now apply to that service for all staff members who use it.
