🕒 Allowing Bookings on a Day or Time You’re Normally Closed

You can easily open up specific days or times for bookings — even when your salon would usually be closed. This is great for special events, holidays, or one-off days such as wedding parties or VIP sessions.

Note:

As a staff member, you can book appointments outside of normal business hours directly from your staff calendar. Simply click the day and time you want to book — the system will allow you to create the appointment even if it’s normally outside your hours. You only need to open up your hours if you want a client to be able to book during those times.

To let clients book during times you’d normally be closed:

Go to ☰ Menu → Settings.

Select Hours/Vacations.

Select Special Hours.

Select + Add Special Hours.

Choose the date(s) and hours you’d like to make available for online bookings.

Click  Save when done.

✅ Tip: Use Special Hours to open up limited availability without changing your regular weekly schedule.
