🕒 Allowing Bookings on a Day or Time You’re Normally Closed

You can easily open up specific days or times for bookings — even when your salon would usually be closed. This is great for special events, holidays, or one-off days such as wedding parties or VIP sessions.

✨ Here’s How

1. From the Staff Calendar

You can book outside of normal business hours directly from your staff calendar.

Simply click the day and time you want to book — the system will allow you to create the appointment even if it’s normally outside your hours.

1. From the Client Side (Online Booking)

To let clients book during times you’d normally be closed:

Go to ☰
**Menu → Settings.**

Under
**Your Settings**
, click
**Hours/Vacations.**



* 
On the right side of the screen, select
**Special Hours.**



* 
Click
**+ Add Special Hours.**



* 
Choose the date(s) and hours you’d like to make available for online bookings.



* 
Click
**Save**
when done.

✅ Tip: Use Special Hours to open up limited availability without changing your regular weekly schedule.
