🛑 Disabling Online Booking for a Client
You can easily prevent a specific client from booking online through your salonMonster account.
✨ Here’s How
- Open the Client List
From the Menu ☰, select Clients to open your client list.
- Select the Client
Tap or click on the client whose online booking you want to disable.
- Edit Client Details
Select Edit in the top right corner of their profile.
- Disable Online Booking
Scroll to the bottom of the page and toggle off Can Book Online .
This will prevent the client from scheduling new appointments through online booking.
- Save Changes
Tap Save to confirm.
✅ Tip: You can re-enable online booking for the client at any time by turning the Can Book Online option back on.
