📧 Exporting Your Client Email List to CSV for Mailchimp, Aweber, Constant Contact, Flodesk and More

You can easily export your client emails from salonMonster to a CSV file for use in email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Aweber, Constant Contact, or Flodesk .

1. Open the Menu ☰

From the main menu, select Clients to open your client list.

1. Select Staff or Salon

• If you’re a solo stylist, your client list will be displayed automatically.

• If you’re part of a multi-staff salon, you can export your own clients or all salon clients (if you have permission).

• To do this, go to the top of the page and select the appropriate staff member or All Staff .

1. Open More Options

Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner to open additional tools.

1. Choose an Export Option

• Export to CSV – creates a general CSV file you can open in Excel, Numbers, or import into any email platform.

• Export Mailchimp List – exports a file formatted specifically for Mailchimp.

• Export Full Client List – includes more client data beyond email addresses.

1. Download the File

The export process will run, and the CSV file will download to your device once it’s ready.

1. Import into Your Marketing Tool

Use the downloaded CSV to import your client list into your preferred marketing service.

✅ All set! Your client emails are ready to use in your email marketing platform.

📬 Friendly reminder: Please make sure your marketing emails follow local anti-spam and privacy laws (like CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the U.S., or GDPR in the EU). Only email clients who have opted in to receive updates from you — and always include your business name and address in your emails.
