🏷️ Adding a Barcode SKU to a Product for Scanning

You can link barcodes to products in salonMonster so they scan directly at checkout.

Follow these steps:

1. From the Menu ☰ , select Products .

2. Browse the list and select the product you want to add a barcode to.

3. On the product’s details page, find the Product Code/SKU field.

4. Connect your barcode scanner and scan the product’s barcode.

   • The barcode number will automatically populate the Product Code/SKU field.

   • Double-check the number matches the product’s barcode.

   • Select Save at the bottom of the page.

5. Test the barcode by scanning it during a sale transaction — the system should automatically recognize the product and add it to the sale.

✨ That’s it! Your product now has a scannable SKU for faster checkout.
