🧴 Adding a Product
You can easily add new products to your salonMonster account to keep your inventory up to date.
➕ Add a Product
- Open salonMonster and go to the Products tab in the Menu ( ☰) .
- Click on Products to view the full product list.
- Select + NEW PRODUCT to start adding a new item.
📝 Enter Product Details
- Product Name(required) – Enter the name of the product.
- Brand(optional) – Select the brand from the dropdown list.
- Product Category(optional) – Choose the appropriate category.
- Product Supplier(optional) – Select the supplier from the dropdown list.
ℹ️ Add Additional Information
- Size(optional) – Enter the size of the product.
- Description(optional) – Provide a description.
- Supplier Code / Product Code (SKU)(optional) – Add codes for a barcode scanner.
- Supply Price – Enter your cost for the product.
- Retail Price – Enter the price you charge customers.
- Track Inventory – Toggle on if you want to monitor stock levels.
- Tax Rate – Select a custom rate or keep the default.
- Commission – Adjust commission settings for staff, or use the default.
✅ Once saved, your new product will appear in the Products list and will be available for use in sales, inventory, and reporting.
