📦 Adjusting a Product’s Inventory Count

The simplest way to adjust a product’s in-stock inventory count is from the product’s settings page.

1. From the Menu ☰ select Products .
2. Select the product you want to adjust. You can browse or use the search bar to find it quickly.

3. In the product details, look for the In Stock field.

   Select the number in the In Stock field. This will open a window where you can enter the new stock level.

   • Example: If you need to reduce by one, decrease the number by 1.
   • Choose a Reason for Adjustment (e.g., Inventory Recount ).
4. Select Save to apply the adjustment.

• Choosing a reason for the adjustment helps with accurate tracking.
• Once saved, your new stock level will be reflected immediately in the system.
