📎 Attaching an Image to a Marketing/Bulk Email
You can easily add images to your marketing emails in salonMonster to make them more engaging and professional.
✨ Here’s How
- Open the Marketing Section
From the ☰ Menu, select Marketing on the left-hand side.
- Choose Recipients
Select which clients you’d like to send your email to — specific clients, staff clients, or filtered lists.
You can click the total number of recipients (e.g., 218 clients ) to review and deselect any you don’t wish to include.
- Compose Your Email
Add a subject line (for example: “New Kevin Murphy Products in Store” ) and write your message in the main text area.
You can adjust formatting — such as centering or adding spacing — to improve readability.
- Insert an Image
Click the Add Image icon 🖼️ option and select a file from your computer.
Once inserted, you can preview how the image appears in your message.
- Preview and Send
Before sending, use Preview to send yourself a test email.
If everything looks right, go ahead and send it to your chosen recipients.
✅ Tip: Sending yourself a test email helps confirm that images display properly across all devices.
