🎁 Selling a Gift Card

Gift cards are a great way to boost sales and make it easy for your clients to share your services with friends or family. Here’s how to sell one in salonMonster.

✨ Option 1: Sell a Gift Card During Appointment Checkout

1. Open the appointment you’d like to check out.
2. Select Checkout .
3. Click + Gift Card .
4. Choose the type of gift card:

• Physical Card — for printed gift cards

• E-Gift Card — for digital delivery

1. If selecting a Physical Card:

• Enter the Card Number (e.g., 20)

• Enter the Value (e.g., $100)

• Click Add to Sale

1. Complete the payment using your preferred method.

✅ The gift card is now included in the sale and ready to use.

✨ Option 2: Sell a Gift Card via the Sales Tab

1. Go to Sales from the Menu ☰.
2. Select New Sale .
3. Choose the client type — for example, Walk-In .
4. Select Add Gift Card .
5. Choose E-Gift Card .
6. Pick a design and enter the Value .
7. Enter the Recipient’s Email and Name .
8. Click Add to Sale and complete the payment with your preferred method.

✅ Once complete, the e-gift card will be emailed directly to the recipient.
