Walk-ins are quick and easy to process in salonMonster. Here’s how to complete a sale for a client without an appointment.

- From the main menu, select Sales .

- Click + New Sale .
- Choose Walk In when prompted.

- Select any services or products to include.

- Review the sale details and click Continue .

- Click Charge to process payment.
- You can connect to your card reader for integrated payments or record an external payment manually.

- Confirm the payment details and complete the transaction.

1. Open the Menu ☰
 - From the main menu, select Sales .
2. Start a new sale
 - Click + New Sale .
 - Choose Walk In when prompted.
3. Add items to the sale
 - Select any services or products to include.
4. Proceed to checkout
 - Review the sale details and click Continue .
5. Complete the payment
 - Click Charge to process payment.
 - You can connect to your card reader for integrated payments or record an external payment manually.
6. Finalize the sale
 - Confirm the payment details and complete the transaction.

✅ That’s it! Your walk-in sale is now checked out and recorded in salonMonster.
