We can import your clients and bookings from SetMore so you don’t have to start from scratch. Export your data using the steps below and send it to us — we’ll handle the rest. 🪄
👥 Export Your Clients
Go to Customers .
Click the three dots (top-right) and select Export Customers .
SetMore will email a CSV file to the account owner’s email .
Open the email from SetMore and follow the instructions to download your CSV .
Email the file to [email protected] .
📅 Export Your Bookings
Log into the SetMore web app: https://go.setmore.com .
Go to Settings → Booking Page → Reports .
Use the dropdowns to set the date range .
We can import your entire booking history .
If exporting all history doesn’t work well, SetMore suggests exporting in 3-month batches . We can re-assemble the batches.
Click Generate to create the report (it may take a few moments).
Click Generate Report to pull your data (it may take a few moments).
Click Export as .XLS to download the spreadsheet.
📤 Send Your Files
Email your exported files to [email protected] , or
Send them via the in-app messenger .
We’ll import your data and confirm when everything’s ready.
✅ That’s it! Once we receive your SetMore exports, we’ll migrate your clients and bookings into salonMonster and let you know when your account is fully populated.
