If youāre not receiving salonMonster push notifications on your iPhone or iPad using the app, they may be turned off in your device settings.

Open your deviceās Settings app.
Tap Notifications .
Scroll down and tap salonMonster from the list of installed apps.
Turn on Allow Notifications ā the switch should be green when enabled.
Once enabled, try booking yourself a test appointment through your online booking page ā you should see a push notification appear shortly after.
If you donāt, try uninstalling and reinstalling the salonMonster app. When prompted, tap Allow to enable notifications.
