If a staff memberâs commission settings were changed late, you can recalculate commissions from a specific date to ensure earnings are correct.

Go to Menu (â°) .
Then go to Settings.
The select Commissions.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Select Re-calculate Commission Settings.
Enter the date you want commissions recalculated from.
Confirm to apply the updated commission settings.
â Tip:
Recalculating commissions will update past totals and reports based on the new settings. Always double-check the date before confirming.
