- Log into bean stream https://www.beanstream.com/admin/sDefault.asp
- Click “reporting/analysis”
- Click “transcation report”
- locate the transaction
- click on the transaction
- scroll to the bottom and click on “Return transaction”
- enter the value (should be prefilled) and click “Process"
