In multi-staff accounts, salonMonster makes it easy to choose which staff memberâs information you want to view or manage using the Staff Picker .

Look for the Staff Picker â a dropdown menu that appears in several areas of salonMonster, including:
Booking calendars
Client lists
Reports
Services & products
Staff settings
Tipping
Click the Staff Picker to open the dropdown list of team members.
Select the staff member whose information youâd like to view.
In the calendar, this shows that staff memberâs bookings.
In reports, it filters to just that staff memberâs results.
In settings, it opens that staff memberâs profile to adjust their services or permissions.
You can also switch to All Staff view to see everything together.

The Staff Picker only appears in multi-staff accounts .
It will usually default to the staff member who is logged in , so youâll see your own calendar or information first.
If youâre on a solo account, you wonât see this option.
