To change the wording from "Checking" to "Chequing" on your card reader:

Swipe from left to right on the screen: this will show the "Settings" button

The reader will now show "Chequing" instead of "Checking"

- Enter the admin PIN: 07139
   
  
   
- Tap on "Language"
   
  
   
- Tap "English (Canada)
   
  
   
- Tap "back" and "back" again
- The reader will now show "Chequing" instead of "Checking"

By default the card reader will show the US spelling of Checking. You can easily change this to the Canadian spelling of Chequing.
