Add or Edit Client Details

Here is how you can add or edit your client details

Navigate to the Clients Tab: Access the clients section of your salonMonster app by clicking on the "Clients" tab from the main navigation menu.

Select a Client: Search for or browse through the list of clients and click on the client whose details you wish to update.

Edit Client Details: Select the "Edit" button to modify the client's details.

Update Client Information: In the edit screen, you can make various changes:

  • Mobile Phone Number: Update the client's mobile phone number by entering the new number in the designated field.

  • Reminder Preferences: Adjust how the client prefers to be reminded for appointments (e.g., via SMS, email, or phone).

  • Permanent Notes: Add any notes that should be permanently associated with the client’s profile.

  • Birthdate: Enter or update the client’s birthdate.

  • Address: Update the client’s address details.

  • Online Booking: Toggle the option to allow or restrict clients from booking appointments online.

Save Changes: After making the necessary changes, click the "Save" button to update the client’s details.


Confirmation: Ensure that the updates are saved correctly. You will typically see a confirmation message.
