When you're moving from Rosy Salon Software to salonMonster we can import your Rosy data for you so you're ready to go with all your information!
We can import from Rosy Salon Software:
Client details
Bookings
Products
You don't have to import all of these items, you can choose which you would like to copy.
To do this we just need you to export your data from Rosy and send it through to us. We'll take care of the rest 🪄
To export your clients from Rosy:
Click Reports at the top of the screen.
Under the
Generalsection click onClients:
Leave the
Filter Typeset toAlland click theExportbutton
Leave the
Formatset toXLSXand click theI can wait for itbutton:
Wait a few minutes and then check your email. Once you receive the exported file from Rosy please forward it to us at [email protected]
To export your bookings:
Click Reports at the top of the screen.
Under the
Generalsection click onAppointments:
Adjust the
Start DateandEnd Dateto include the bookings you wish to import into salonMonster and then clickRun Detail Report:
Click the
Export to Excelbutton :
Download and email the resulting file to us at [email protected]
To export your products:
Click Reports at the top of the screen
Under the
Inventorysection click onInventory Levels:
Leave all the settings as configured and click
Run Report:
Click
Export to Excel:
Download and email the resulting file to us at [email protected]
