When you're moving from Square to salonMonster we can import your Square data for you so you're ready to go with all your information!

To do this we just need you to export your data from Square and send it through to us. We'll take care of the rest 🪄
Exporting your clients from Square
Sign in to your Square account and select the "Customers" option.
Select the "Customers" option again.
Select the "Export Customers" option.
Select All Customers.
Select Export to begin the process.
Select Download to save the file.
Send the exported file to us at [email protected]
Exporting your appointments from Square
From the History tab, you can view and export your appointment history.
Select Export in the top-right corner.
Follow the prompts to save the file to your device.
Send the exported file to us at [email protected]
Exporting your products from Square
Open your Square software and select the "Items & orders" option on the left-hand menu.
Then select the "Items" option.
Select the "Actions" button
Select the "Export Library" option.
Select either CSV or Excel (both options work fine)
Send the exported file to us at [email protected]
Once you've exported your data just send it through to us via our support chat or to [email protected] and we'll get onto importing it for you 👍🏻 🎉
