When you're moving from Click4Time to salonMonster we can import your Click4Time data for you so you're ready to go with all your information!
We can import from Click4Time:
Client details
Bookings
To do this we just need you to export your data from Click4Time and send it through to us. We'll take care of the rest 🪄
To export your clients:
Open your Click4time software and select the "Client List" option.
Select the "Export Clients" option.
After selecting the "Export Clients" button, you can choose to export all of your clients, your only active clients, or your inactive clients.
Send the exported file to us at [email protected]
To export your bookings
Open your Click4time software and scroll down until you find the " Reports" option.
After selecting the "Reports" option, it will take you to a new window. Select the " Company- Owner/Administrator" option.
Select the "Calendar Print - Continuous Report" option.
After selecting the "Calendar Print- Continuous Report" option, you will be directed to a new window. Customize both the start and end dates for the appointments you wish to export then select "OK"
Select the "Export the report to XLSX" option.
Send the exported file to us at [email protected]
Once you've exported your data just send it through to us via our support chat or to [email protected] and we'll get onto importing it for you 👍🏻 🎉
