When you're moving from Acuity to salonMonster we can import your Acuity data for you so you're ready to go with all your information!
We can import from Acuity:
Client details
Bookings
To do this we just need you to export your data from Acuity and send it through to us. We'll take care of the rest 🪄
To export your clients:
Go to the Clients area in Acuity
Select. the button that says Import/Export
Select the Export Client List button under the Export to Spreadsheet title and then select the Export Clients button to download the file
Send the exported file to us at [email protected]

To export your bookings
In Acuity go to Reports
Select "Import/Export" option
Select the date range of appointments you would like to export, and whether you would like to include canceled appointments (usually we recommend leaving this off)
select Export Appointments to download the CSV file.
Send the exported file to us at [email protected]

Once you've exported your data just send it through to us via our support chat or to [email protected] and we'll get onto importing it for you 👍🏻 🎉
