When moving from Acuity Scheduling we are able to copy across the following items:
Clients
Bookings (optional)
To copy this data across we will need to export the information from Acuity. We'll guide you through how to export this data in the guide below. If you'd like one of our team to help you do the export please contact our support.
To export your client data:
Open Acuity
Go to "Clients" in the menu
Select "Import/Export" in the left hand menu
Under the "Export to Spreadsheet (.csv)" heading select the "Export client list" button
At this point you can choose whether to export all clients or just clients from within a certain time frame. Most of the time we recommend exporting all clients.
Click on the "Export Clients" button
Your web browser will download the file
Locate the exported client list file and send it to us via email at [email protected]
To export your booking data:
Open Acuity
Go to "Reports" in the menu
Select "Import/Export" in the left hand menu
Select the date range for the appointments you want to export. Make sure you select an end date well in the future (like 1 year) to capture future appointments.
Click "Export Appointments"
Locate the exported CSV file and send it to us via email at [email protected]
