Yes you can change your work hours and it WILL NOT affect existing appointments you have made. The hours you set only change the times that clients can book into. As the service provider you can book in during any hours, even when you are listed as closed to clients. Changing the hours will affect any booking that clients make in the future, but existing ones will stay the same.
