Open the Calendar: Click on any available time slot on the desired day where no appointments are currently scheduled.

Enter Appointment Details: Select the client for whom you are booking the appointment and choose the service they require.

Adjust the Time: Modify the time if it overlaps with another appointment. Click ‘Save.’ A notification may appear informing you of the overlap; you can choose to continue.

Send Reminders (Optional): Decide whether to send a reminder to the client. If you choose not to send a reminder, select the option that says 'I'm not going to send a reminder.'

Review and Confirm: Verify that the new appointment is correctly placed alongside the existing one. If necessary, delete the appointment if it was just for demonstration purposes by selecting 'Delete.'

Editing an Existing Appointment to Create a Gap

Select Existing Appointment: Open the calendar and click on the appointment that you want to edit.

Modify the Appointment Details: Edit the service, such as changing the start duration to 1 hour, the process duration to 45 minutes, and the finish duration to 45 minutes to create a 45-minute gap during the appointment.

Set Gap Duration: Adjust the durations to customize the size of the gap within the appointment as needed.

Book a New Appointment in the Created Gap: Click on the gap you created. Find and select the client (e.g., Aisha) and choose a service (e.g., short haircut). Adjust the service duration to fit within the gap neatly (e.g., 45 minutes).

Finalize the Appointment: Confirm the details and ensure the new appointment fits cleanly between existing appointments without overlap.

Complete the Booking: Save the changes to finalize the booking of the new appointment within the created gap.
