Moving from Gloss Genius Software to salonMonster

We can import your Clients, Services, and Bookings from GlossGenius so you don’t have to start from scratch. Here’s how to export what you can directly, and what to request from GlossGenius support.


👥 Export Your Clients

  1. Log into GlossGenius via a web browser.

  2. Click Clients from the navigation menu.

  3. Select Export Clients.

  4. Your client list will download as a .CSV file, including:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone

    • Date of Birth

    • Banned

ℹ️ Note: Client notes are not included in this export. If you need them, contact GlossGenius support and they can provide the data.

📋 For Teams Accounts

  • Only the Account Owner can request a full client list export.

  • If a team member needs the full list, the Account Owner must contact GlossGenius support to make the request.


📅 Export Your Bookings

  • GlossGenius does not currently offer a manual export option for appointments.

  • To get your bookings, you will need to contact GlossGenius support and request an export.


🧾 Export Your Services

  • GlossGenius does not currently offer a manual export option for services.

  • To get your services, you will need to contact GlossGenius support and request an export.


📤 Send Your Files

  • Email your exported files (or any data provided by GlossGenius support) to [email protected], or

  • Send them via the in-app messenger.

We’ll import your data and confirm when everything’s ready.


✅ That’s it! Once we receive your GlossGenius exports, we’ll migrate your clients, services, and bookings into salonMonster and let you know when your account is fully populated.
