If you're moving from MindBody to salonMonster we can automatically import all of your previous and future bookings for you so you don't lose any information!
To export your Appointments from MindBody:
Click on “Reports” in the tabs at the top right.
Click on “Staff” in the tabs on the left
Click on “Schedule at a glance”
In Section 1, Select a date range that includes all your bookings (don’t forget to set the end date in the future so you get all your future bookings).
You can leave section 2 and 3 as is
In Section 4 click “Export to Excel
Once you’ve downloaded the Excel file, send it through to us at [email protected]
To export your client list from MindBody:
Click on “Reports” in the tabs at the top right.
Click on “Clients” in the tabs on the left
Click on “Mailing lists”
In the options select “Email list”, “List clients: All clients” , "Client’s opt-in status: All clients"
Beside the “Generate” button press the “XLS” button
Once you’ve downloaded the Excel file, send it through to us at [email protected]
