When you're moving from Timely to salonMonster we can import your Timely data for you so you're ready to go with all your information!
We can import from Timely:
Client details
Bookings
Products
To do this we just need you to export your data from Timely and send it through to us. We'll take care of the rest 🪄
To export your clients:
Click on the Reports tab from the main menu
Choose Client overview from the list of available reports
Once in the report click Edit columns and select the following columns:
First name
Last name
Mobile
Phone
Email address
Company
Address 1
Address 2
Suburb
City
State
Postcode
Date of birth
Click the Export button
Click Export CSV
The file will download to your local computer, send us this file to [email protected]
To export your bookings:
Click on the Reports tab from the main menu
Choose Appointment schedule from the list of available reports
At the top of the page under date range select either "All time" or the range of appointments you want to include. We suggest exporting all your appointments so you have a complete client history.
Click "View Report"
Once the report has loaded click "Download" and select the "CSV" option
The file will download to your local computer, send us this file to [email protected]
Once you've exported your data just send it through to us via our support chat or to [email protected] and we'll get onto importing it for you 👍🏻 🎉
