When you're moving from SetMore to salonMonster we can import your SetMore data for you so you're ready to go with all your information!
We can import from SetMore:

Bookings
To do this we just need you to export your data from SetMore and send it through to us. We'll take care of the rest 🪄
To export your clients:
Go to ‘Customers’, click the three dots icon in the top-right corner and select ‘Export Customers’.
SetMore will export a CSV file of your customer data to the account owner's email address.
Lastly, check your email inbox for the message from SetMore. In the email, follow the instructions to download your CSV file.
To export your bookings:
Log into the SetMore web app at https://go.setmore.com.
Go to Settings > Booking Page > Reports.
Use the dropdown menus to specify a date range. We can import all of your booking history so you don't lose any data. (SetMore suggests exporting in batches of 3 months if you find it doesn't work well exporting your whole history. We can then re-assemble the batches.)
Click ‘Generate’ to create the report (it may take a few moments to load).
Click Generate Report to pull your data (it may take a few moments to load).
Then click the Export as .XLS button to download a spreadsheet of your data.
Once you've exported your data just send it through to us via our support chat or to [email protected] and we'll get onto importing it for you 👍🏻 🎉
