Adding or Changing a Profile Picture

You can add custom profile photos for each of your team.

Navigate to Settings: Start by opening your salonMonster app and selecting "Settings" from the main menu.

Go to the staff list: If you are operating within a multi-chair business, select "Staff" from the settings menu. This option is designed for businesses with multiple personnel or users.

If the account is for individual use, choose "My Profile" instead. This option is tailored for single users managing their profiles. Solo accounts can skip the next step.

Select the User Profile (multi-staff only): Within the "Staff" section, locate and select the person whose profile picture you wish to change.

Change the Photo: After selecting the appropriate user profile, click on 'Change Photo'. This option allows you to update or add a new profile picture.

  • You will be prompted to choose a photo from your device. Navigate through your device’s picture gallery or folder where your desired new profile picture is stored.

  • Select the photo you wish to use as the new profile picture. A square photo works best for the profile.

Save Your Changes: Once you have selected your new profile picture, click 'Save' to apply the changes. This final step ensures that your profile is updated with the new photo.
