Enabling the wait list for clients:
Select "Settings" from the main navigation menu.
Go to "Booking Settings" to access client booking preferences.
These settings are specific to each staff member. Choose the staff member you wish to adjust settings for at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the Wait List section and until you see the "Allow clients to add themselves to a waiting list" option.
Enable this option by toggling it on.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Testing the client wait list option:
Clients will now see an option to add themselves to the wait list when they visit the client booking page.
To test or view, navigate to the client booking page.
Select the service status for which you've adjusted the settings.
Choose a service and attempt to book a time. This action will display available times.
In addition to viewing the calendar and available times, clients will now see an option to Add themselves to the waitlist.
Upon selecting this option, clients can enter their desired timeframe and additional details, such as a preference for a Saturday booking.
After submitting their information, they will be added to your waitlist.
Managing Waitlisted Clients:
Access the waitlisted clients by going to the Wait List section under the main menu.
Here, you can manage waitlisted clients and add them to your calendar as time slots become available.
